Return conditions

Every piece is handmade and checked before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, contact me within 14 days of delivery and I will repair, replace or refund it. Custom-made and personalized pieces (including pyrography commissions) are made to your specification and cannot be returned unless defective.
